Today, my good friend Chaz moved to Seattle with his wife Tanya and son Dorian. I met Chaz working at T&C in 1999 and he has been like a big brother to me ever since. This is the guy I looked up to for years and I wish him the best of luck! Here's a video tribute to my brotha!

Here's another group that amazed the hell out of me in 2001. This is Slum Village from Detroit consisting of members T3, Bataan, and J Dilla. I fell in love with the beat the first time I saw this video and had to buy the album. Everything about Fantastic Volume 2. was awesome and I considered it to be on the top of my greatest Hip-Hop albums list. J Dilla is a legend and one of my favorite producers of all time.
